- The owner bears responsibility for his dog when entering and even leaving the festival.
- The owner is responsible for any mess caused by a dog.
- It is forbidden to enter ferocious dogs except when wearing a muzzle.
- It is forbidden to enter dogs infected with insects.
- Dogs will be examined before entry. They will not be allowed to enter the festival if any contagious disease appears.
- Dogs under two months old are not allowed to enter unless the owner bears all responsibility, on paper and with signature.
1. Ticket Sales Representation:
Tickets are sold in the name and on behalf of the organizer indicated during the ordering process.
Ticket Souq is not the event organizer. All decisions regarding the event are made solely by the respective organizer.
2-Event Confirmation: Please verify on the event day that your event will occur without any changes.
The organizer may implement short-term changes or relocations at any time.3
3- Refunds and Cancellations:
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise declared by the organizer.
In the event of cancellation, only the ticket price will be refunded.
Processing fees are non-refundable. In the event of postponement, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
4-Responsibility: Ticket Souq is not responsible for refunds if the restrictions and rules set by the organizer are violated.
